RA/OE PERFORMING AT THE ARCATA THEATRE FOR THE
SURFRIDER FOUNDATION IN MARCH

Robbie Allen and The Outer Edge have been invited to perform at the Arcata Theatre
in Arcata, CA on Saturday, March 13, 2010. The show's proceeds will be donated to
the Surfrider Foundation, Humboldt Chapter to aid them in their cause. The Surfrider
Foundation is a non-profit grassroots organization dedicated to the protection and
enjoyment of our world’s oceans, waves and beaches. Founded in 1984 by a handful
of visionary surfers in Malibu, California, the Surfrider Foundation now maintains over
50,000 members and 90 chapters worldwide. We're very happy to contribute our time
and effort.  You can find out more about the Surfrider Foundation by going to www.

TIM BLAIR LEAVING THE OUTER EDGE
We're very sorry to report that Mr. Tim Blair will be leaving The Outer Edge in the very
near future. Tim is a very talented musician and has become a very good friend
during his stint with us. He is a graduate of the Atlanta Institute of Music and he
brought a lot of knowledge to the group in addition to his bass skills. Tim was very
hard-working, always prepared, and kept a tight rhythm behind Robbie's guitar.
Tim only recently joined The Outer Edge at the beginning of last Fall in 2009 but
quickly fit in with the band's sound. Everyone was looking forward to having Tim go
into the studio and perform on the group's upcoming releases, scheduled for later
this year. He will be moving back to his home state in Alabama very soon.
He will perform his last gig on February 19th in Lodi, CA. We wish him all the
best and thank him for giving his all while in the group!
"Sir" William Charles Replaces Spencer Clark on Keyboards
Spencer L Clark announced to his band mates back in December that he had
decided to pursue the path of an ordained minister. Since his training and
preparation for his new walk of life would now take up most of his time he would no
longer be able to perform with The Outer Edge on a regular basis. There are rumors
that he may contribute a few keyboard or saxophone tracks to the groups next few albums
as a guest musician but that would probably be the extent of his involvement with The
Outer Edge. To take his place, we have recruited "Sir" William Charles (as we've
dubbed him!) on keyboardist. "Sir Charles" is a musician of a decade and a half and
brings are much harder-edged, overdriven, spaced-out sound to The Outer Edge and
also doubles on electric guitar occasionally. He performed for the first time with The
Outer Edge on KHSU 90.5 FM in Arcata, CA February 11th.
